So I'm not a member, but I booked an intro facial with a follow up massage the next day because they couldn't accommodate both, and that was fine. The facial was wonderful and as relaxing as I hoped. The experience went downhill when I went to check out. I sat for the 10 minute review/sell you a membership and said I would possibly be interested after I completed medical massage therapy next month. When I went to attempt to checkout again, another person started questioning me, asking outight (in the middle of the lobby) if it was a money issue and what exactly was my medical issue? Read my paperwork, I'd already stated on the form and to the membership rep that I had a medical issue. Asking me a such personal questions in public was beyond rude. At that point, you lost me completely, which was disappointing because I liked my facial experience. Not only did I cancel my massage for the next day, but I won't be back next month for a membership. I would rather possibly pay more for the services to another spa than to receive such ill mannered treatment again. No means no ladies.
