I hate giving reviews that are so negative because I feel that all people make mistakes and ought to have second and third chances, but our experience has not been good three times. Our almost ten year old autistic son, who is very patient with hair stylist, by the way, has received a hair cut three different times from this location and today complained he is sad and angry. For the third time, he has been cut a few times from razors or whatever implement used. He tried to say it hurt and the woman yelled at him to be quiet and not to move. I’m quite upset! He is very high functioning for an autistic kiddo, but no one should be told to be quiet. No one should be cut several times with no sympathetic response, especially kids. My husband also has been cut but he is an adult and is able to handle it differently. I guess the best we can do is to never go back and warn others to be aware of what can happen. To err is human, but to apologize and attempt to make things right, is an expectation humans should meet.
